Nevyra voluntarily grants customers in Switzerland a 30-day return period from the date the goods are received.

Conditions

A return is possible if:

For hygiene reasons, used hair care and styling devices may be excluded from returns unless a statutory warranty claim applies.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or an incorrect delivery.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.

At the customer's request, a replacement device may be provided instead, subject to availability.

If a product is delivered damaged or defective, please notify us at info@nevyra.ch, preferably within 5 days of receiving the product.

In such cases, Nevyra will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a refund.

Right of Withdrawal for Customers in the European Union

Consumers residing in a Member State of the European Union are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.

You may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.
